IPM Computers is a small company in Wilmington, NC that has been around since 1995. It has grown to a company with many multiple employees and gone back down to a small entity. Currently we are looking for people who are business minded, driven, and excellent in sales. Willing to help develop the business and it’s methods/contracts for obtaining new clients and service contracts with them. Currently looking to develop a sales team willing to go out and market the company for our services we offer to other businesses.

Pay would be 100% commission based.
40% of contract job. (You get 40% of what they pay every time they send in a check). Contracts range from $150-$2,500/month (and can go for more)
50% of total work paid for individual (non contract) jobs on new clients you obtain for us.

What is required?
-Work schedule would be typical 9-5 M-F (Starting out it can be less)
-Your own car and cell phone will be required.
-Professional dress attire and appearance is a must.
-Drug free.
-Tattoos not showing.
-This is a mobile in home business and you will work from your own home, so daily phone contact is a must.
-Clean record history.

Q. Why is this an in home business?
A. We had an office downtown on 3rd and Red Cross St. for many years, until we noticed a trend in remote IT support, and how 95% of our client base preferred for us to come to them to do the work. So being that we are a services oriented business and not a retail oriented business, we were unable to justify the overhead of an office location, so we got rid of the office and worked out of our homes. Now we can justify paying our employees more, which means better quality of services for all our clients.

What you would do and sell:
-Help develop service maintenance contracts and present ideas to help develop IPM Computers
-Find new clients and try to sell maintenance contracts to them whether by attending social events, cold calls, visiting businesses, or by your own socially acceptable and ethical creative means.
-Contact the client near the end of the contract to verify if they want to renew, if there were any issues that need to be worked out with our services, etc.
-Attend chamber of commerce and other networking groups social events to represent the company.

Experience preferred:
- Sales and marketing
- Use of online invoicing systems and CMS systems such as zoho and salesforce.
- Word/excel/outlook/exchange
- General use of the internet and laptops with remote desktop and quickbooks

What IPM Computers generally does for these contracts (all contracts vary):

-Once a month we remotely connect to every computer/server in the business to gather the overall shape of each computer and perform all maintenance.
-Discounted labor rates (or no labor rates depending on the contract) for any work that needs to be done during the month.
-Helps in planing and purchasing of any computer equipment.
-Maintains backups and restores of data.
-Maintains every piece of networking/computer equipment in the business.

We also work with wireless/wired networks, removal of viruses, installation and setup of employee monitoring software, build custom computers, and many other misc things.

We have been presented with just about every possible type of job imaginable and have came up with solutions to make the client happy in every situation.
We have done jobs as big as $100,000.

IPM Computers is also taking resumes for technicians who have experience in:

* Remote desktop IT support
* All versions of Windows, and most (if not all) Microsoft products
* Cisco/Sonicwall/Mikrotik networking products with wired and wireless networks.
* Certifications are welcomed, but real world experience is preferred.
* Quickbooks
* Hardware troubleshooting
