For our upgrade process according to this chart pictured, we back up everything important to you, then we format the disc completely clean, install the new Windows 7, put all your data back on, and any programs you provide to us at the same time, we process all the Microsoft updates that are currently out for the operating system, and we then deliver the computer back to you, install it in your house, and any peripherals such as printers, cameras, etc.
