IPM Computers LLC is seeking an energetic and passionate salesperson with a proven track record of sustained sales success. Experience selling Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, and other IT solutions is preferred, but not required. The candidate needs to display a balance of competitive drive and compassionate customer service. The candidate must also have an innate desire to learn and share new business-enabling technologies with prospective clients. The position is for an outside sales role that will require a combination of both new business development and account management for existing customers. It is a full-time position.

Headquartered in Wallace, IPM Computers provides Managed IT services and solutions to businesses throughout North Carolina. Our customers range from small and mid-size businesses to large corporations. Our solution offerings include Managed Services, Cloud Services, Backup and Disaster Recovery, and VOIP Business Telephone Systems.

Job Requirements:
-Self Starter who meets and exceeds sales quota objectives.
-Ability to cold call.
-Create and execute key sales and business development initiatives to increase sales pipeline.
-Ideal candidate will have experience selling managed services, and IT enterprise solutions.
-Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
-Report monthly on all activities.
-Represent IPM Computers at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
-Track daily activities within CRM.
-Meet or exceed quarterly targets.
-Attend team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

-Expect moderate regional travel.
-From Clinton, NC to Shallotte, NC.
-Business social events a must.

-We pay 25% commission on each new service signed after 30 days of continual services with
good review, for the life of the contract.
-No cap on commissions.

Work Schedule:
-Full-time, Monday to Friday + business social events.

Performance Expectation:
-5 new customers or 25 new systems a month.
-1 new phone system a month.
-95% retention rate.
-Able to use and maintain CRM.
-Keep current social media and newsletters.

Education and Experience:
-Minimum Associates degree in Business or Technology, 4 years education preferred
-Minimum 3 years sales experience, 7 years preferred.
-Experience with any form of CRM software.
-Networking experience preferred.
